God has given
Me a role,
He's given powers
Within my soul;
To glorify
His holy name,
With eternal
Inspirational flame.

God has given
Me a hope,
With his love
I can now cope;
And find my way
Where some can't,
For now I know
Alone I don't stand.

God has given
Me a peace,
And with his hope
My soul he frees;
No mountain's taller
Than love of his,
No river wider
Than God surly is.

God has given
Me a role,
He's given powers

I am saved by
His holy grace,
Only through him
Lie all my ways;
He is the tree
